"There’s an opposite to déjà vu. They call it jamais vu. It’s when you meet the same people or visit places, again and again, but each time is the first. Everybody is always a stranger. Nothing is ever familiar."

Over the weekend I made a mixtape to help raise money for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. It’s a half hour of rainy day songs and if you visit nvrbrd.bandcamp.com you can donate money to download it. All the proceeds will go directly to the Red Cross to benefit those who suffered damage out east. And please reblog and pass this mix along to anyone you know that would be down to help. The east coast still needs all the help it can get.Thank you,NVR BRD DOT COM

Hot day in the city. At a computer instead of on my bike, so I made this. Still NVR BRD.

A GREAT POST FROM SAMUEL GRANT
——-
Boredom: Throughout my life, my dad would consistently remind me how important it was to never claim boredom. He would tell me that those who say they’re bored were letting themselves down because they were neglecting the gift of their imagination. This really is one of the greatest life lessons I’ve learnt to this day, and it seems very much an eternal lesson as well. This post is for my dad, I want to thank him for always supporting the right half of my brain.
